Opening Session—Morning Agenda (Bldg. 402 Lecture Hall)

The morning session will feature a keynote speaker and will also include updates from the Department of Energy, the directors of the APS and CNM, and a representative of the Society for Science at User Research Facilities (formerly NUFO).

Banquet:

The banquet will be held in the evening at Elements at Water Street, located in historic downtown Naperville. The buffet dinner theme is “Farm to Table,” a rustic, urban cuisine using locally sourced foods. The evening will start with a full-bar cocktail hour and passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by great dining to complete a perfect, relaxing evening after a day of great science! Bus transportation to the banquet is included in the ticket price ($50, purchase tickets in the on-line registration form http://www.cvent.com/d/ntq348/4W).

If you are purchasing a ticket for a guest who is not registered for the meeting and will require bus transportation, the guest MUST register as an APS Visitor at least one week in advance of the banquet so that their site access can be cleared.
